The Single Life

Online dating is not the latest thing since sliced bread but lets all face it, at some point every single person has thought about it and may be dabbled with it. Being single for about two years now I decided to try the online dating thing. Boy has it been an amusing experience, from the corny profiles to the sleazy one liners that people put out there. Ive had everything from transvestites to women to slightly unhinged men contact me. I thought it would be fun to write a blog describing the personality profiles Ive met/chatted with. I will share new ones every now and again.

Be careful with this one. They kind of sneak themselves into your life and wont leave you alone. Sure they have their own apartment/house whatever but some how you find them always at your house. Also they now starting to slowly leave their personal items at your place, asking you if they can hang up a shirt or whatever. Then in week two they start talking about how much money you both will save if you lived closer to each other (what this means is that s/he wants to move in). They start trying to convince you that sharing is a great idea......

At this point you need to RUN....as you've got a nester/cling-on there baby.

Heres why nesters are bad for you as they:
1 - don't seem to have their own friends or life (very abnormal)
2 - want to be with you 24/7 (please shoot me now)
3 - call/text too often (its so annoying when your phone constantly buzzes)
4 - way too needy (kind of like they need to get a hobby or something)

On the other hand if you'd like to be attached at the hip to someone 24/7 and feel like you need constant attention then this might be the perfect person for you.
